Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Inner Renewal, a digital wellness membership platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated under the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. By creating an account or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address with at least 14 days’ notice before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Inner Renewal is a subscription-based digital wellness platform designed for women seeking guided audio sessions, journaling tools, mood tracking, reflective practices, and curated wellness content. The Platform includes:

• Guided audio meditation and wellness sessions
• Renewal Pathways — curated multi-session learning journeys
• Private digital journal with reflection prompts
• Mood check-in and emotional tracking tools
• Progress insights and personalized wellness plans
• Members’ Reading Room — articles and educational content
• AI-assisted content summaries and session suggestions (where available)

The Platform is a wellness tool only. It is not a medical service, clinical mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional therapy, psychiatry, or any licensed healthcare provider. See our Medical & Wellness Disclaimer for full details.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

You may not share your account with another person or transfer it to anyone else. Each subscription covers a single individual.

Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices displayed on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Billing. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Price changes.We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ written notice to your registered email. The new price takes effect on your next renewal date after the notice period ends.

Cancellation.You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by applicable law.

Refunds. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period except where required by the laws of the State of Georgia or other applicable jurisdiction. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@theinnerrenewal.com within 14 days of the charge.

Free trials. When a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated at sign-up. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, our servers, or connected systems
• Upload or transmit content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third-party rights
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or harvest content from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure

We reserve the right to terminate your account and access without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

The Platform allows you to create private content including journal entries, mood logs, and reflections (“User Content”). Your journal and personal logs are private by default and are not shared with other members.

By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform for you. We do not sell or share your personal User Content with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own all rights to it or have obtained all necessary permissions.

All content on the Platform — including audio sessions, guided practices, written content, graphics, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to The Inner Renewal and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the content solely for your own personal wellness purposes while your subscription is active.

You may not download, copy, record, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content without our prior written consent.

Certain features of the Platform may use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate session suggestions, summarize content, or produce personalized wellness insights. AI-generated content is provided for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific circumstances. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should exercise your own judgment when acting on any AI-generated suggestion.

The Inner Renewal is a wellness platform, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on the Platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a therapeutic relationship. The sessions, tools, and content are intended to support general emotional well-being and self-reflection.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare provider immediately or call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (dial 988 in the US). Do not rely on this Platform in an emergency situation.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data storage and authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting and infrastructure). Your use of the Platform is also subject to those providers’ applicable terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by those third parties.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE INNER RENEWAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Inner Renewal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at hello@theinnerrenewal.com.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to the termination date.
